This information is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 and subsequent national adaptation legislation (hereinafter, collectively "GDPR") and describes how the company G.M. Service s.n.c. collects and processes the personal data of users or customers through its website, in particular www.gmservicehydraulic.com (hereinafter "Site"), or more generally whenever express reference is made to this Privacy Policy.
The expression "personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. For example, a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier are personal data.
G.M. Service s.n.c. may periodically modify, integrate or update this Information, also in consideration of any changes to the applicable legislation or provisions of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data. Substantial changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be applied and brought to the attention of interested parties as soon as they are adopted by updating the link to the Privacy Policy in the footer of the Site and by communicating via email to registered users. In the event of changes that significantly affect the rights of the registered user, communication will be made with reasonable notice.

Data is processed for the following purposes.
a) On the basis of contractual necessity in order to:
- respond to your requests for information;
- manage the user account in case of registration on the Sites to use the related services;

b) Based on the consent expressed by the user, collected from time to time specifically, in order to contact the user and send commercial communications and promotional offers, relating to the products and services of G.M. Service s.n.c., via SMS, telephone, post or other means.

c) On the basis of the legitimate interest of G.M. Service s.n.c., specifically:
- for the analysis and improvement of its services;
- to carry out statistical and/or research and development activities, also through analysis of data deriving from the use of services or products;
- in order to defend one's rights during the course of judicial, administrative or extrajudicial proceedings, and in the context of disputes arising in relation to the services offered;

d) On the basis of the need to fulfill the legal obligations to which G.M. Service s.n.c. is subject.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point (a) above, as necessary to process the request for information or for any registration on the Site, is mandatory and the refusal to provide the personal data being processed makes it impossible to carry out the services requested on the Site.

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The "owner" of their treatment is G.M. Service s.n.c. with registered office in TURIN (TO), VIA BARD 42 A/B, 10142, ITALY.

Below is a description of the categories of data we process:
- Data provided directly by the interested party: are all personal data entered on the Site (to proceed with the online information request or to register, where applicable), or which are in any case provided to G.M. Service s.n.c. with any modality. Examples of data provided directly by interested parties are: name; the address and telephone number. More generally, all contact details (e.g. telephone, e-mail, address). If the user sends an application, information relating to the C.V. will be collected. and the relevant position.

- Data collected automatically: are navigation data collected through the so-called. “cookies”. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Sites acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information which is generally not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

Service s.n.c. for a maximum of 24 months, in order to allow us to evaluate your application for future positions. The user may object to this processing at any time by forwarding a request to the contacts indicated in the "Rights of interested parties" section.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or l updating, or rectification (article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data). Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
